Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide

For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
